7 février 2013, par Jérémy Just, Le TeXnicien de surfacefctt Cet acronyme de « fr.comp.text.tex » désigne, entre initiés ;-) le forum francophone de discussion sur TeX et ses compagnons. Les contributeurs de fctt ont notamment rédigé et assuré la mise à jour de la FAQ LaTeX francophone. Aujourd’hui, mai 2022, fctt ne connait qu’un trafic réduit. Des outils plus modernes ont été développés pour permettre aux utilisateurs et utilisatrices des logiciels de s’entraider. ConTeXt

Ω (Omega)

Les caractéristiques essentielles de Ω sont reprises par LuaTeX. Ce système a pour objet de créer des fontes qui peuvent être utilisées par TeX. Le programme MetaFont compile un fichier source, d’extension mf, pour produire un fichier de fonte matricielle (raster font) d’extension gf, pour « generic font », un fichier tfm, pour « TeX font metrics » et un fichier de log. Lollipop

Eijkhout a utilisé ce format lors de l’écriture de son livre TeX by Topic. Longtemps resté figé à la version 0.95 de janvier 1993, le développement de Lollipop a repris en 2014, et la version 1.07, de mai 2016, est actuellement disponible sur le CTAN.

C’est un langage puissant de production de graphiques qui peuvent être imprimés directement ou incorporés dans des documents (La)TeX (depuis LuaTeX, il est même intégré au moteur luatex).
